T.E.WILLIAMS
T.E. Williams, 53, died at the family home on College Hill at 1 p.m.Thursday from a heart attack. He had been a resident of Texarkana for the past 34 years, coming here from Buford, GA. Beside his wife, Mrs. Birdie Williams, he is survived by five sons; Jack, Edward, Earl, J.W. and Gordon Williams; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Perry, Mrs. Mozelle Nicholas and Estelle Williams; his mother, Mrs. M.E. Williams, and sister, Mrs. W.F. Gordon, all of whom reside in Texarkana. Funeral services will be held at the College Hill Baptist church at 3:30 p.m. Friday with the Rev. L. B. Burnside officiating. Interment will be in the Harmony Grove cemetery. Active pallbearers are; County Judge Milton Oats, W.B. Branch, Chief of Police W.E. Davis, Lonnie Lawhon, Sheriff T.C. Sewell, E.P.
